The top 16 bracket will not be determined until AFTER week 21 has concluded. The scores used in the top 16 bracket will in fact be the week 21 scores. I cannot determine who is going to be in the top 16 until the week is concluded. Because there are dramatic changes in who is in the top 16 every week I have to wait until the week is done and all scores are processed before populating the bracket.
